Upon completion of this beautiful design build project, Ballard + Mensua Architecture seized the opportunity to tell it's story. They retained sp71 because we're known for storytelling and our ability to collaborate with multiple business and design stakeholders. The Kelly Open Door Farm project demonstrates our expertise in brand strategy, graphic design and photography services.
Once part of an 1800’s hunting and fishing lodge, Kelly Open Door Farm features two original rooms of chestnut, pine and apple wood. This gorgeous material is important to preserve and showcase, so the architect set out to design around these original rooms. The building was then expanded, renovated and surrounded by new porches and terraces to draw the user towards the surrounding beauty and heritage of Great Falls, Virginia. The story of Ballard + Mensua Architecture is about historic preservation, collaboration and sustainability. Engage us to learn more about how we work with architects, product design firms and real estate developers to craft unique brand identities and marketing strategy.
